# eBay offers three grants up to £5,000 for favourite charities

**Online auction site eBay UK has launched a new tool allowing users to choose their
favourite charity so that “you can support them whenever you buy or sell” on the
site.**

To promote this new service, eBay UK is offering donations of £5,000, £3,000 and
£2,000 respectively to the three charities that receive the most votes during September.
