# Twitter Billboard debuts at International Fundraising Congress

Twitter becomes further integrated into this week’s 29th International Fundraising
Conference with the use of the ‘Twitter Billboard’ to let delegates and those not
present at the conference communicate.

Developed by Innophoria Labs, the experimental branch of digital innovation and 
fundraising agency marceloiniarra.com, the Twitter billboard will enable the 900
participants at the conference in Holland communicate and network with each other
and with other participants around the world following the event on Twitter.

Alan Bird, Marketing and Communications Director for Resource Alliance, said: "We
feel it will really open up the opportunity for both IFC participants and organizers
to communicate and network with each other in real-time, as well as providing delegates
with the chance to give immediate feedback on the conference itself.

"It’s typical of Marcelo to come up with an idea so innovative and fun, and yet 
brilliantly simple at the same time."

The Twitter Billboard is both fun and easy to use. Want to recommend a session or
arrange a get-together later in the bar? All you have to do is tweet your comments
to #29thIFC and the message will automatically appear on the billboard.
