Animal charity The Blue Cross has secured the slot on this month’s BBC TV Lifeline
appeal to help raise funds for animals in need.

The short film is presented by actress Felicity Kendal and features her cocker spaniel
George, and shows the work of the charity, which helps thousands of sick and homeless
animals every year.
