Coca-Cola is supporting not-for-profit organisation Peace One Day by donating advertising
space on the iconic billboard in Picadilly Circus in central London to raise awareness
of Peace Day, 21 September, "a day of global ceasefire and non- violence".

In addition Coca-Cola has released one million limited-edition cans in the UK bearing
the Peace One Day emblem and the message ‘what will you do?’ It is the first time
in the company’s history that it has created a "charity can".

The Peace One Day initiative is also being supported on ‘Coke Zone’,

Coca-Cola’s online loyalty scheme. From 1 to 21 September, the

home page of the website has been dedicated to raising awareness of

Peace One Day and encouraging its members to upload their pledges of peace. Users
can convert their points into donations for the Peace One Day organisation.
