Go was inpsired to write the song when he saw a heart-shaped balloon entangled in a tree outside his house. He uploaded a picture of it onto Twitter and kept his fans up-dated with its progress. He even asked his Twitter followers to tweet song lyric ideas to him about the heart balloon. He explained why he chose to support the BHF: "I’ve had people close to me who have suffered from various heart conditions… The image of the heart balloon makes me think of them. The song is about how fragile the heart is and how we’re all connected to one beating heart. Donating the song to the British Heart Foundation was just perfect." www.bhf.org.uk/garygo   * **[British Heart Foundation shops launch UK's biggest stock appeal](https://fundraising.co.uk/2009/09/07/british-heart-foundation-shops-launch-uk039s-biggest-stock-appeal/)**( 7 September 2009) * **[Debenhams raises money for NSPCC through Kidswear range](https://fundraising.co.uk/2009/09/21/debenhams-raises-money-nspcc-through-kidswear-range/)**( 21 September 2009) * **[New wedding list service supports charities working in Africa](https://fundraising.co.uk/2009/09/28/new-wedding-list-service-supports-charities-working-africa/)**( 28 September 2009)
