# Free seminar on events fundraising for Scottish fundraisers

Gordon Michie of Relationship Marketing and Alan Clayton of [The Good Agency](http://www.thegoodagency.co.uk)
are to host a seminar on events fundraising for Scottish event and community fundraisers.

The morning event will take place on 20 April 2009 from 9am at Relationship Marketing’s
offices in Dunfermline.

Clayton will present the findings of a detailed study into events fundraising recently
concluded by the Good Agency. The study looks at events patterns, success criteria
and the motivations and targeting of events participants.

There will also be a presentation by Alex Brooks-Johnson of new events company UKMC
looking at the types of events that could be held specifically in Scotland. Brooks-
Johnson will suggest the concept of the ‘Real Three Peaks’ challenge, recognising
that the UK’s three highest mountains are all in Scotland.
