# Institute of Fundraising chooses Iris INTEGRA

The Institute of Fundraising has selected Iris INTEGRA as its new relationship management
software, which it will use to improve customer services and provide additional 
member benefits.

INTEGRA was selected following a tender process led by Simon Saunders, Head of Information
and Communications Technology at the Institute of Fundraising. He said: “We are 
committed to identifying and responding to the needs of individuals and organisations
using our services and products, and Integra’s sophisticated relationship- and membership-
management technology will help us achieve these aims”.

The software will enable the Institute’s members, students, suppliers and other 
stakeholders to use its website to register and update their details, subscribe 
for and renew memberships, book places at events, purchase resources, take part 
in surveys and view personalised content.

Implementation of the new system is under way and is expected to go live during 
early Summer next year.
