**Congratulations to Alan Clayton of Cascaid who managed to get a 100% positive
rating in the feedback from delegates for his closing plenary at the Institute of
Fundraising’s [National Convention](http://www.nationalconvention.org.uk%22) last
month. This is the first time anyone has achieved this I’m reliably informed (not
by Alan by the way).**

He’s a popular chap of course and knows his stuff, but with 100% of delegates rating
his plenary presentation excellent, that is still a very impressive achievement.
Doubly so given that it was the final event of a busy but tiring three-day conference.

Maybe he just let them all go home early…
