# UK launch of new People to People Fundraising book announced

**“People to People Fundraising: Social Networking and Web 2.0 for Charities” is
the latest book edited by Ted Hart, founder of the ePhilanthropy Foundation and 
CEO of Hart Philanthropic Services. The book and its related website www.p2pfundraising.
org are being launched in the UK on 1 May in London with a half-day training session
on these new media tools.**

Chaired by social media expert [Steve Bridger](http://www.nfp2.co.uk) and featuring
Martin Jervis, managing director of Blackbaud Europe, the event will look at what
online givers now want and expect, and what trends in online giving are important
for fundraisers.

The event takes place from 13:00 – 17:30 at the ICO Conference Centre, 22 Berners
Street, London. The registration fee is £45.
