Kevin Kibble is Managing Director at [Our Lasting Tribute](http://whitewater.biz/journal/archives/our_lasting_tribute),
a subsidiary of [Whitewater](http://whitewater.biz/journal), and passionate about
fundraising from individuals.

After eight years as MD and Publisher of Professional Fundraising magazine, and 
two years as MD of Fundraising Initiatives, he took up his current position in December
2007 with a view to develop improving techniques of in memoriam fundraising and 
tribute funds.

 For many years Whitewater has been a leading marketing agency in charity fundraising.
Our Lasting Tribute pioneered the development of tribute funds and provides unique
fundraising consultancy in the field of in memoriam fundraising.
