## Notes to Editors

Everyclick.com is a search engine that has been purpose built to automatically donate
50% of its revenue to charity. Launched in June 2005, it has over 55,000 registered
users and over 750 corporate users. The site has delivered over 30 million searches
and has already raised over £200,000 for charity through advertising driven revenue.

The site is free to join and free to use, there is no cost to the user or the charity.
All search results are powered by Ask.com. Everyclick.com rigorously applies a filter
to prevent the display of adult material.

A groundbreaking agreement with Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) everyclick.com enables
users to support any of the 170,000 UK charities. The money is allocated by intelligent
software and is distributed to charities every month by CAF.

Hitwise, the online intelligence service, shows Everyclick.com as the eighth largest
search engine in the UK by market share (week ending 19th May 2007). Everyclick
won Hottest New Start Up at The Net Imperative Digital Awards.
