Deltek, a provider of enterprise applications software, has become a major sponsor
of Architects for Aid (A4A), a charity founded by a group of UK architects.
Deltek,
whose applications are used by some of the main players in the UK AEC industry,
has given £25,000 towards A4A’s work. In particular, Deltek is the sponsor of a
project involving the re-building of a residential children’s counselling unit in
Lesotho, a small country where HIV/AIDS and high unemployment mean that 59% of the
population lives below the poverty line.
