However, time off work and a trip into town to see a solicitor can be very inconvenient, and many well-intentioned charity supporters may not actually get around to making a Will. This means that when they die, not only will the charity not receive the legacy that the deceased intended, but there could also be financial problems for the family of the deceased. Their assets may not pass to who they would have wanted, and there could even be an inheritance tax burden for their beneficiaries.   Now with the launch of the AHT Will-writing service, supporters of the AHT can address these issues and make their Wills in the comfort and privacy of their homes at their convenience. A Sovereign consultant will visit them at home anywhere in England and Wales to guide them through the instruction-taking process.
