# BHF launches fundraising partnership with Spar

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) has secured corporate partnership with the convenience
store operator Tates Ltd, which owns 198 Spar stores throughout the UK.
Tates has
chosen the BHF as their nominated Charity of the Year for 2005/2006.

The partnership launches this month with the company’s 3,600 staff raising funds
through in-store activity and participation in BHF events and campaigns.
