# New appointment at Action Cancer

Northern Ireland charity Action Cancer has ended their protracted search for a new
head of fundraising.
Dougie King, currently head of fundraising at mental health
charity Praxis, will take up the post at Action Cancer soon.

Dougie previously ran the fundraising department at Disabililty Action, the main
disability charity in Northern Ireland.
