Ted McGovern, EBS chief executive, said Positive Impact represents a more strategic
approach to the whole area of corporate social responsibility.

“We will be able to systematically ensure that we are having a positive impact on
the communities in which we operate, on our members, employees and on the environment,”
Mr McGovern said.

The relationship also involves employee volunteering with the charities.
