NMK is hosting an event in May detailing the benefits to charities of using digital
media for fundraising, campaigning and other aspects of their work.
Practitioners
from the digital industry, including agencies and charities, will be speaking at
NMK’s afternoon seminar ‘Charities: Making Digital Gains’ on 26 May 2005 in London’s
Soho.

Focusing on best practice examples of campaigns produced for digital platforms,
as well as tackling broader issues, the event will address the interactive aspects
of awareness-building campaigns and supporter/volunteer CRM.

The event will explore how charities and agencies have innovated to manage digital
relationships in terms of data management, targeting content and calls to action,
personalisation, and retaining donors and volunteers.
