BT will donate £25 for each broadband connection ordered by customers online between
4 and 18 March 2005.
BT expects the offer to raise “thousands of pounds” for Comic
Relief.

The offer is designed to highlight BT’s recent upgrade of its Broadband from BT
package which now offers sppeds of up to 2Mbs.

In addition to the broadband offer, from 28 February to 13 March 2005, BT will also
be donating £1 from every BT product sold through its online shop. This initiative
is expected to raise up to £10,000.

BT has supported Comic Relief since it began in 1985. This year BT is providing
the telephone network for the Red Nose Day donation line. BT’s senior engineers
and thousands of advisers in call centres up and down the country volunteer their
time to make sure everyone can make their donations on the night.
