Over the next five weeks The Observer, the Guardian, Guardian Weekly and GuardianUnlimited
will be reporting on and encouraging donations to the work of international development
charity Concern, together with eight UK-based care organisations. These local organisations
were identified by charity research organisation New Philanthropy Capital as those
where “donations will have the greatest effect.”

Concern has appointed Anderson Manning Associates (AMA) to handle all the inbound
calls and process donations posted in on coupons from the appeal.
