# British Lung Foundation launches year-long appeal to 'Get Breathless!'

As part of its 20th anniversary celebrations the British Lung Foundation will encourage
supporters to raise funds by getting breathless .
The ‘Get Breathless!’ initiative
will be launched in the Foundation’s annnual awareness week. Fundraising packs for
the campaign will be available from January 2005.

The initiative is part of the British Lung Foundation’s forthcoming ‘Love Your Lungs’
campaign which aims to raise awareness that exercise is good for the lungs and that
people can take measures to ‘protect’ their lungs.
