# Kings College Hospital appoints TDA to manage appeals

**Kings College Hospital has selected marketing agency TDA to support its £40 million
portfolio of appeals.**

Imminent projects include an appeal for the Institute of Clinical Neuroscience and
the Mountbatten appeal. Marketing activity will focus on major corporate donors 
and grant makers as well as the general public.

John Blackhurst was appointed Director of Fundraising at the hospital 18 months 
ago. He commented: “Kings College is one of the UK’s largest hospitals. It has a
local, national and international reputation for excellence and treats over 300,000
patients every year. We chose to work with TDA because it combines creativity with
sound strategic thought.”
