# Institute of Fundraising convention to move to London in 2005

**The Institute of Fundraising’s National Convention will be held in London in July
2005. Previous conventions have been held in Birmingham and Warwick.**

The move to London, reported by Professional Fundraising magazine, is designed to
offer a better pricing structure for smaller organisations and to allow more delegates
to visit for one day rather than the whole three-day event.

The convention will be held from **10-13 July 2005** at the [Hilton London Metropole](https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/lonmetw-hilton-london-metropole)
near Paddington in West London.
