HRH The Prince of Wales has extended his partronage of Age Concern for a further
five years.
The Prince, who has been Patron since 1998, recently attended and helped
to launch Age Concern’s Business Pledge, a programme to encourage employers to commit
to age equality for older people in the workplace.

Gordon Lishman Age Concern England’s Director General said: “The Prince is a member
of the babyboomer generation himself and by announcing his extended patronage of
Age Concern he is sending an important message to older people that ageing issues
are taken seriously.”
