The Charity Management Consortium (CMC) is launching a series of four Masterclass
videos offering guidance on governance, change management, communication and impact.

The video training packs (VTPs), which include notes from leading voluntary sector
author Mike Hudson, are suitable for all voluntary organisations and are especially
targeted at CEOs, senior managers, trainers and sector consultants.

The first two video based training packs entitled “Being an effective board member”
and “Being an effective change leader of Management change” will retail at £27 and
will be available from the Directory of Social Change.

The videos will be launched on 18 June 2003 at Zurich Financial Services head office
in London. Lord Filkin, the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Home Office
and Geraldine Peacock, Chief Executive of Guide Dogs for the Blind Association,
will speak at the launch on “building sustainability in the charity sector.”
