# Call Centre picks up Investors in People award

**Fundraising and marketing agency The Phone Room (TPR) has been recognised as an
Investor in People (IIP).**

The prestigious IIP award, an official government standard for staff training and
development, was conferred on TPR after two years of formal assessments.
