Blackbaud, the relationship-building software, services and Web-based solutions
provider for non-profits, is expanding its staff to support the company’s growing
UK presence.
Senior customer support and product development staff have been given
new assignments aimed at ensuring the company’s offerings meet UK non-profits’ needs.

“Serving non-profits in the UK is an important part of our growth strategy,” said
Robert J. Sywolski, President and CEO of Blackbaud, Inc. “In order to better meet
the specific needs of these organisations, we are realigning our product development
team to increase our focus on the UK and committing additional resources to strengthen
our ability to serve UK non-profits.”

Dorie Wallace has been named Regional Product Manager in a move that expands the
company’s product management function to include a specific focus on international
client needs. She will be responsible for representing needs of clients outside
of the United States.

operation of more than 125 people. She also was responsible for getting the company’s
support function in the Pacific Rim up and running in 1997.
