Housing advice charity Shelter is expanding its presence with four new Web sites.

The sites will provide advice and information on housing to individuals and on housing
law to local authorities.

[Shelternet](http://www.shelternet.org.uk) is targeted at individuals and was made
possible with support from the Halifax bank.

The [Homelessness Act](http://www.homelessnessact.org.uk) site will help local government
housing officers find out more about the Homelessness Act 2002.

Shelter’s housing magazine [ROOF](http://www.roofmag.org.uk) will have its own Web
site within a month.

The [Housemate](http://www.housemate.org.uk) site will publish advice and information
on housing to younger people.
