Total annual income of all these registered main charities was £26,708,648,232,
according to the Register. These figures confirm that very few charities raise a
large proportion of total charitable income: 372 charities, 0.24% of those on the
Register, raise over £10m per year, but together they receive 42.75% of the total
annual income of all charities on the Register.
