Oxfam is appropriately promoting its first online raffle to its e-mail newsletter
subscribers.
Oxfam is appropriately promoting its first online raffle to its e-mail
newsletter subscribers. Working with CTT, the raffle-hosting charity, Oxfam is using
a unique coded Web address to help measure the number of click-throughs to the raffle
