Following the launch of AidMatrix, [reported](https://www.fundraising.co.uk/news/2000/10/index.html#aidmatrix)
by UK Fundraising in October 2000, another online tendering service for emergency
international aid agencies has been launched. ReliefGuide “serves as an independent
one-stop Internet platform bringing demand and supply in the aid sector together.”
