# GivingCapital secures $9.1 million in second round financing

GivingCapital, Inc., a provider of Internet-based technology services to financial
services firms and the nonprofit community, announced that it has raised $9.1 million
in second-round venture capital financing. The financing will enable GivingCapital
to further promote its delivery of advanced technology solutions to meet the rising
market demand for charitable giving products it has witnessed among Wall Street 
and financial services firms.

These include a private-labeled donor-advised fund program for high-net-worth clients
and the distribution of GivingCapital’s online fundraising and membership management
systems for non-profit organisations.
