# TimeBank recruiting young volunteers

ThirdSector magazine’s lead story features the success of TimeBank in attracting
young, first-time volunteers. According to ThirdSector, 15,000 people have registered
with TimeBank and offered 1.9m hours of volunteering since its launch in March 2000.
