Adam Corson-Finnerty’s summary of online fundraising reaches part eight.
In part
eight of his online fundraising series Cybergifts, published on Canada’s Charity
Village, Adam Corson-Finnerty looks at online workplace giving.

He was moved to address this issue when he learned that on February 3 2000 the Ford
Motor Company announced that it was going to buy high-speed computers for every
one of its 350,000 employees worldwide. He reasoned that Ford is viewing its employees
as a customer base in a way, and imagine how that approach could be used to appeal
to the charitable support.
