As [reported](https://www.fundraising.co.uk/news/2000/07/index.html#detr) last
month, the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions is now distributing
its Special Grants Programme (2001-02) guidance notes and application forms. The
Web [page](http://www.regeneration.detr.gov.uk/policies/sgp01/applications/index.htm)
specified in magazine adverts is still not functioning, but the contact at the DETR
who can e-mail the forms is Dawn Smith. Tip: Tim Swift, Age Concern Calderdale
