# RNIB surveys site visitors

RNIB is running an online questionnaire to find out more about its Web site visitors.
Participants are subsequently sent a more detailed paper-based questionnaire: respondents
can win a holiday. This incentivised promotion is featured prominently on the main
page of the RNIB site.
