The WK Kellogg Foundation in the US has published a report examining the ways in
which the Internet can become a tool for social good. It gives a good summary but
is entirely US-focused. OneWorld.org gets a mention but in the context that a US-
focused version is in the pipeline.

Download their free report [e-Philanthropy, Volunteerism, and Social Changemaking](http://www.wkkf.org/Publications/e-phil.pdf)(
available in PDF) and read Foundation releases report on useful e-philanthropy sites
at Philanthropy News Network.
