UK e-commerce company [WorldPay](http://www.worldpay.com)
has conducted market research into consumer attitudes to giving to charities online,
and concludes that the Internet will change the way people give to charity.

WorldPay interviewed 200 shoppers in central London a few days before Christmas
and found that 54% thought that giving money via the Internet was “the best system
to get money where it is needed quickly, reliably and securely.”

WorldPay is offering charities a free “Click and Build” site, or a free donations
page that can be linked to from their existing site.
