Steve Nill of CharityChannel.com is inviting fundraisers to help new recruits to
the sector. Remember how you felt when you first started fundraising? If you worked
for a large, well-funded charity that emphasised staff development, then you probably
had a relatively smooth induction. If on the other hand you were left to your own
devices and found yourself scaling a vertical learning curve, then you might like
to help others avoid such an introduction to fundraising.

CharityChannel.com have set up a mentoring forum where you can offer your services
to those who might benefit from a mentor. Simply list your area(s) of expertise
and availability at the Mentors forum and wait for a match to be made.
