# Diana Fund update

**Although the first grants from the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund have
already been announced, leaflets setting out the criteria for future grant-making
will not be available until late August/early September. **

Six charities with whom the Princess was involved received grants in March of **
around £1 million** each.

The recipients were:

 * Centrepoint
 * English National Ballet
 * Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children
 * The Leprosy Mission
 * National AIDS Trust
 * and Royal Marsden NHS Trust.

It is expected that a similar sum will be give to organisations involved in anti-
landmine work.

A further £5 million has been set aside for the 95 charitable causes with which 
the Princess was previously involved.
