Someone was going to come up with an online charity tie-in called Safety Net sooner
or later, so the name of Vauxhall’s road safety site in collaboration with the British
Red Cross will come as no surprise.
This example of corporate involvement demonstrates
that charities should not work with companies online solely in terms of seeking
sponsorship. Charities themselves often have compelling and unique content that
can be provided and sold on to appropriate companies.

The opportunities for charities to raise funds by syndicating their Web content
are clear.
