Nelson Trust chooses Donor Strategy

The Nelson Trust, which operates a treatment centre working with those with alcohol, drug and other dependencies, has selected CRM tool Donor Strategy. The charity will be using the base CRM system, as well as the finance, campaigns and grants modules.

Jane Denley, Fundraiser at The Nelson Trust, said: "We chose Donor Strategy through a consultant to match our organisational needs. At present we are using spreadsheets to record all our data... I'm looking to streamline the whole system. We are really looking forward to implementing the database in the next few weeks, and hope that it will make life easier in the future."
