Don't know if this helps but we outsorced out collection box management to a company called Static Collection www.staticcollection.com.
We found it was cost effective both in time-management and cost. As our strategy were down the pan after the management of the project changed hands 3 hands in 8 months.
I think after many hours of searching and asking companies they were the only company offering this service, it worked well so far.
