Britain's first double-sided unisex nude charity calendar published

There truly is no end to the nude charity calendar phenomenon. We've had people from all walks of life posing artfully to raise funds for charity. Now comes what is claimed to be "Britain's first double-sided unisex naked charity calendar" featuring 24 plucky villagers from Clawddnewydd.

Beauty and the Beast charity calendar 2009On one side of the "Beauty and the Beast" calendar are 12 women and on the other side 12 men. "Which way will yours hang?" asks portrait photographer Chris Birchall on the calendar's website.

The villagers include a chef, architect, live-wire linesman, County Councillor, accountant, teacher, student and veterinary surgeon.

All profits from the sale of the calendar will be donated to the Breast Cancer and Testicular Cancer units in North Wales Cancer Treatment Centre at Glan Clwyd Hospital.

The project has raised over £5,250 in the first three weeks.
