Kate Gilmore to run Management Centre's management consultancy arm

Organisational change specialist Kate Gilmore is joining The Management Centre to run its management consultancy arm. She joins from Amnesty International where she has been Deputy Secretary General for the past decade.

As Principal Management Consultant, Gilmore will have responsibility for directing the management consultancy business, and providing client services across three areas of expertise: innovation, change and strategy.

The Management Centre provides management consultancy services, such as strategy, organisational development, review and evaluation, innovation and knowledge management for a wide range of organisations.

Gilmore is one of the lead speakers at The Management Centre’s seminar addressing Change on 23 March 2010. Also featuring Age UK’s Group CEO, Tom Wright, the seminar will cover how successfully to integrate and lead change, organisational process, management behaviour and cultural change.
